What to have ready
- The car's year, make and model
- Where it is parked, as precisely as you can (lot, level, cross street)
- Your ID, and the registration or another proof of ownership
- The VIN if it is easy to reach (bottom of the windshield, driver's door jamb)
- For key problems: whether you have any working key at all
Calling after 10:30 PM?
We are closed overnight. Text us your location and the car's year, make and model, and we will answer as soon as we open at 7:30 AM. If a child or a pet is locked in a car and at risk, call 911 first.
